The front door does not lock manually (lock is broken). which is worrying, as access is otherwise only with an electronic key app. The livingroom door to the terrace doesn't lock, either. The shower is rusty, the shower glass is too high so water leaks out, and the shower head itself can't be fixed, so you have to shower by holding it over your head!
