'My family and I had a great time (we did not sleep). The apartment does not have air conditioning and to top it all, they have small fans that do not work with the magnitude of the heat this season. The host and Expidea respond to you with automatic messages, they don't solve anything, it was a failure with them. I sent them evidence of their false announcement that the apartment has air conditioning and I am still waiting for a response.'
