'This was a pleasant apartment. Unfortunately the beds (3, I tried them all) were very uncomfortable. I did forward this feedback to the rental company, maybe this has been improved. We stayed 4 nights and the first night was VERY unpleasant due to loud, fighting people in the next suite: lasted hours and kept us all awake. The rental company did evict these renters and were apologetic about the situation, but I offer any any compensation. "we're sorry, it was just bad luck".'

'This is located in a really good neighborhood, restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Close to subway. The apartment itself was just OK. I can see what they were trying to do with the place but could have been done better. The upstairs is an attic, so be careful about hitting your head on the beams, it will happen multiple times. The stairs going up and not bolted properly. The kitchen and living room area is very large. The balcony is very large also; however, one side of the balcony has rotted...

'Property was in an area with very limited dining options. Property had a significant ant problem in the kitchen! In arrival there was a €400 bond requirement (not clear on booking) which then took over 2 weeks to be refunded! Would avoid!!'

'Property is about twenty minutes by cab to tourist destinations. Some nice eating and drinking places around property visited by locals. Bathroom toilet didn’t work and we were not able to get it fixed even though we stayed for three nights. Also, the sliding door to patio was very very difficult to open as if it hadn’t been opened for a while. After opening and closing numerous times, it worked fine. '

'We loved the pool, location - we walked almost everywhere but Uber available, great restaurants and grocery shops right behind the corner. Much quieter location than close to the Rumble str. We had a great time. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of room. Management office was right next door so convenient. Definitely recommend this property. kat'

'Do not book this property! It ruined our stay in Barcelona. If we hadn’t already paid, we would have left. Day 2 & 3, we went to the office, voiced our concerns and asked to speak with a manager. Ultimately, we were told to “send an email with issues”. We did and included pictures. 15 hours before our departure, the “fix” was to re-clean the apartment…Too little, too late. Here’s what we emailed: Never been cleaned or not cleaned in years - All light switches, Window shade remotes, Door...

'Although the apartment may be situated a little bit outside of the main area of Barcelona, this apartment was incredible for our week long stay. It has everything we needed and was incredibly gorgeous. It is situated from great coffee spots, right next to a grocery store, and still offered some welcoming respite from a long day of walking. Would definitely stay here again!'

'The apartment is small but very comfortable it is located in a nice neighborhood plenty of parking nice park close by very nice for walking around the neighborhood. Not very close to altruistic areas in Barcelona but very accessible to public transport that can get you anywhere. Owners were really easy to get in touch and very friendly.'
