'This property is located within 4 minutes walk from Gran Via station. It is super clean, the building is gorgeous and it has a lot of architecture charm and character. It is nearby amazing and yummy restaurants, easy access to shops and supermarkets. Overall the best part was the friendly support received from the staff. Highly recommend!'

'Quaint, clean property with easy access to city center, public transportation and local neighborhoods. Excellent communication from the manager made check in a breeze. Wished we had more time to take advantage of the locale and see more of the area.'

'This was a very clean and comfortable stay in a great location. It is above a few floors above a bar, but even on a Friday night we were able to leave the window open and there was not enough noise to bother us. Only issue we had was checking in, but only because we got there after 6pm. We had to haul our bags a few blocks to get our keys, but the host had very clear instructions. Would stay again!'

'This was not where we stayed, 3 days before we were due to travel to Madrid, we were contacted and informed that due to an electrical fault, the accommodation was not available, and offered an alternative at no extra cost, did we agree (a bit late to start searching again). We were told reception was open until 6pm, but still had to self-check in even though we were there before 6pm. We collected our keys from a key box located behind a metal grate opposite the reception, (which was open, people...

'Check-in was easy, even allowed early check-in. Nice apartment but had trouble sleeping as there are many bars close by and the street becomes a party.'
