« The air conditioning does not work. The shower had barely any water pressure we had a dirty blanket and the man came up and just had us take the first blanket off and told us to use the bottom blanket. The younger female that works there is rude and refused to move us to a different room after the man told her to move us she fought him about it. When we told her our air conditioning wasn’t working she blamed the weather. Horrible place to stay I highly recommend not ever staying there »

« We had a 3 night stay. Our room was never cleaned. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash ran out after the 1st morning. The hot tub isn't working and the employee said they're looking into filling it. I wouldn't have booked here if I knew the hot tub was broken. We went down for breakfast at 8am on Saturday & Sunday. Food was either empty or almost empty. I didn't see anything get refilled. Scrambled eggs were cold. Juice machine is also broken. Used the "hot" water to make tea, it was cold. I...

« The hotel room was clean and comfortable. In room coffee was provided but only one decaffeinated and one caffeinated was provided for 2 of us so got a couple more from the front desk but should have had enough so I didn’t have to go get more. There was one chair in the room to sit on but with 2 people there should be 2 as there was plenty of room for them. We ate dinner and had breakfast at Guy Fieros. Very good food and service. « The valet parking was terrible. They messed up my car with another customers and then left it In the street unlocked, with no one around. The front desk was not friendly and acted annoyed when we were checking in. Will not stay there again. »
