« We stayed here for 2 nights prior to leaving on a cruise. The home was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room. Home is close to plenty of restaurants and the beach was close by as well. Area is quiet and home is cozy. »

« We rented this cute town home for a short weekend while waiting to move into our home and everything was perfect. We had everything we needed for our family of 4 and our pup. It was so nice to be close to the river and walk to Dolphins for dinner. Would definitely recommend this place. Although we live local so didn’t get to do anything vacation related, we can definitely recommend this place for someone coming to stay for vacation as it is in a central location to many activities. »

« The Property needs some remodeling; looks worn and aged. Even though the location is great, there are some issues like the shower of the main bathroom was blocked, no wine glasses.The check out time at 10:00 AM is too early; I asked the owner for a 12:0 check-out and he pretended to charge me 40 for that »

« The microwave oven blew the fuse everytime it was turned on. We notified the owner on Day 1. We were told it had just been repaired but they would send someone out. We left 6 days later and no one ever came to fix it. It is difficult to stay in a place for a vacation where the microwave does not work. The dishes and kitchen items were extraordinarily sparse. « Great location for a trip to the Kennedy Space Center. Just a short drive to the Space Center. After a long day at the Space Center we enjoyed dinner at the Dolphins Waterfront Bar and Grill - literally out the front door and around the corner. Relaxing atmosphere and good food. The condo was spacious, very clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed for our stay. I would certainly recommend this location for anyone making a visit to the area. »
