'We had a wonderful stay, we are a family of 3 and found everything to be exactly as described and shown. Check in and check out were easy. Utilizing the keypad to enter and exit was easy. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Communication with the host was excellent—they responded quickly and were very helpful whenever we had a question. 'I liked that it was close to the pavilion and had a nice view. The property looked nice for early season. It was loud this weekend due to bike week. I had a small issue with the entry as I didn’t see at first the electronic key pad and was trying to open the master lock key box. As I was only able to communicate by e mail there was no short term communication help available'

'Be aware of what you are renting. It is rare to find an ocean front with a private beach on VRBO. However, it is an older home with older furnishings. To enter, you go through two doors and there is an open stairway that leads to the top floor meaning there is no door to the top floor. At first this felt very awkward, but it was fine. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of seating and all the basics are available. There is no washer and dryer as listed and there was no iron or hair...

'Condo was very clean, rooms her good sized, each having a separate bathroom was ideal. Also centrally located for attending Laconia bike week. About 4 miles from Weirs beach, walking distance to Cumberland Farms. The host, Margaret, was exceptional. Would highly recommend.'
