Walking distance to all Meredith attractions. 2 minute walk to Lake Winnipesaukee, Custom built with all the extras needed for an amazing stay. BBQ grill and outdoor patio with seating, well equipped kitchen, luxury towels and bath amenities. Simply beautiful and less than a 5 minute walk to Church Landing and all Mill Falls properties, Spa, movies, grocery, library, several bars, coffee shops and restaurants. Many town beaches are a close driving distance. Rent a boat for your length of stay or bring your boat along to play! Walking distance to EKAL Activity Center where you can rent canoes, kayaks and paddle boards. You can also take a chartered boat trip around Lake Winnipesaukee as well. Hiking trails for the family and your pup just steps from your door. We allow one well behaved pre-approved dog per stay with a $175 pet fee. Sometimes we do allow 2 dogs but must be pre-approved. Dogs can not be pre-approved on same day of arrival. Please make sure to provide information on your pup with your inquiry such as size, weight, breed and age. This is the nicest VRBO I have stayed at. Even nice than the photos, which I thought looked great. The special extra touches throughoutthat Sharon provided were unexpected, amaking and so appreciated. You couldn’t ask for a nicer place to stay or a nicer host. Everything about this house and location was perfect! The hosts attention to detail was impeccable, from the fresh flowers to the candy bars for each girl. They made us feel right at home. A beautiful modern home. The kitchen was supplied with all we needed and welcomed us with brownies, salt water taffy and dog bones. Although it is located on a main street, it was a perfect little get a way home. Cute back yard and the landscaping and flower boxes added to the home. Fresh flowers were in all the rooms which was a lovely touch. The bathrooms were large and showers had great rain sprays. The communication with the owner was great! Answered questions promptly. We were there to attend a wedding so we did not take advantage of all the attractions nearby. Wished we thought to stay longer to do this. We would definitely return if we are the area again!

It was a great quiet place. The backyard is very excellent for my toddler. We made BBQ while playing music and nobody complained. We found almost everything we needed including baby high chair. I just wish the beds were a little bigger. The house is right in the town there are so many stores nearby. For instance, Hannaford is 3 minutes drive. The restaurant is just walkable with a nice view. The location of this house our expectations!

Weekend skiing getaway

My teenage daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this adorable Meredith cottage. The property was meticulously clean and was exactly what we were anticipating based on the description and the pictures. We came up for a quick weekend Gunstock ski adventure and had a great time sitting in the cozy living area in front of the gas fireplace and loved the cottage’s central location. Sharon was wonderful. She was very fast to respond to any questions and gave us several great recommendations for places to eat. We recommend George’s diner for breakfast and we had a wonderful dinner at Lago!We look forward to making this a yearly trip!Katharin and Abby
