The bars and restaurants of Son Parc are only a short walk from the villa. The villa has been adapted for those with reduced mobility and wheelchair users, including a ramp and handrail into the swimming pool. WiFi, pool heating, air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Villa Casa Feliz is a detached property located in the charming resort of Son Parc. The beautiful sandy beach, famed for its clear shallow waters, is just a 10 minute walk from the villa. There are a number of delicious restaurants and a useful mini-market within a short walk of the villa. Don't forget the island's only golf club is situated in the resort of Son Parc, ideal for golf enthusiasts! Pool heating is not available during July and August.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.20 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.

The air conditioning in this villa operates with an eco-sensor, meaning that if no movement is detected after 20 minutes the unit will switch off in that room.
