'We had a great stay. Quiet, beautiful area a block away from shops and dining. The property was pristine and very nice rooms. The Continental breakfast was a step above the normal, especially the pastries and coffee from a local bakery. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend.'

'breakfast was amazing the first morning the 2nd morning two females were hovering over the shoulder just watching what I ate felt like I was in prison. They need to let people breath. hot tub was okay the first night but really packed the next the night .'

'Bathroom window fell out of the track and I caught it before I hit the floor. Vynl flooring pulling apart at the seams and causing a tripping hazard. 1" gap between bottom of door to the room, and the floor sill. Allowing for mice snakes and what not to gain entry. Travellers are required to use a kiosk to check in and out. English is not understandable to the people on the other end. Room 208!'

'My husband, dog, and I stayed at Mendocino Cove during their soft opening in June 2026. The property was so peaceful, pet-friendly, and extremely clean. It was a little zen oasis between Fort Bragg and Mendocino. It was so convenient to have to have pickleball courts to play at anytime, and the private beach was an absolute gem. From staying in room 3, it was nice to have a little semi-private patio looking into the garden, too.

'Guys on frontdesk were not very friendly.
Just normal.
Bathroom and bedroom needs renovation.
For tĥis amount it should be better.
