'Fun place to stay! Highly recommend!'

'Had a short stay here but would absolutely stay again. The staff were all friendly and helpful, room was extremely clean and comfortable, and also had black out curtains! I like that it was kind of tucked away from everything which made it a little difficult for my maps to find the correct way to get to the parking lot. However, once I did no problems at all.'

'Very difficult to find hotel checkin, not marked well at all. Shouldn't have to pay $20/night separately to park on top of $400/night for a room....just add it in! The property is brand new and beautiful, and staff were very nice. Area with shops and restaurants is great and all decorated with seating, games, etc is nice. Other than finding where to go and parking it was a great stay.'

'The bedding and pillows were very comfortable. We ordered dinner from the hotel and the salad had the most rancid croutons on it. We couldn't eat it. The flatbread was decent. It is a fine hotel, but the food choices could be better...'

'Everything was seemingly done to purposely cut every expense, which could be a great thing, but was done to a point of disgust. (And this is coming from a cost accountant.) There is a level that transforms a situation from efficient to just gross! When I booked this room, it showed pictures of their “jetted tub” in the room. Upon arrival, this was “an unspecified”review! (According to the manager.) so my king suite did not have a jetted tub! Upon entering the room, it seemed as though there...

'Smelled like moth balls when you stepped inside the elevator had an extremely strong order of marajuania the room smelt stale and there literally cockroaches crawling on the wall after sleeping for 3 hours exhausted from being at hospital near by with my father. My 73 year old mother and I were furious told front desk I was only offered another room and said they can’t control who rents a room!!!'

'Booked a 1 br with microwave and refrigerator. Got a room with 2beds, no refrigerator, and no microwave room was not very nice. Clean, but severeal lights dud not work. Over all room had holes in the rug, old furnishings such as dresser drawer stuck some could not stay open and some fell out. Not a nice hotel, will not go back there.'

'Lots of in-room bar options, but we do not drink. Valet service was not available early on a Saturday. A chair, even a small one, would have been nice even though the room was somewhat small. That said, every appointment was extraordinarily elegant and aporeciated. Staff was magnificent, the hotel quiet. '

'The room had several stains on the floor and bench. The outdoor amenities are very worn. The picture don’t match real life. The young lady that works the desk is very sweet and helpful. The bed and pillows were pretty comfy. Not a bad stay but not worth the price. '

'Biggest problems, the bed was not comfy and they probably need to replace some mattresses. The fold out couch bed was a joke. It looks like the mattress is from the 80s. Also, they do not have smart tvs so you can't stream anything and their channels are very limited. Who doesn't have smart tvs??? So, I guess the rooms are just outdated. It was clean though and the bar area was hopping. '

'The rooms are massive with extremely tall ceilings and drapes and windows the same height! It’s an awesome hotel, the room this time was a king which I booked although they walked me into a room with two queens… rewound to the front desk for the king. Gym was nice, free weights, treadmills, and benches. '
