'Found 3-4 strands of hair on the bedsheet so clearly the sheet has not been changed. Water pressure in the shower was low and the room was not spacious. Will not recommend Renaissance Hotel. '

'I have been staying at this hotel a couple of times a year for the last five or six years. I absolutely love the location and I used to love the decor because it was so funky and so original but with the new ownership, it’s now basic beige. That was a major mistake in my humble opinion. The former decor was very unique and perfect for this big space. But the real reason I stay here is the staff. Every single person who works here is extremely cool extremely friendly off the charts customer...

'The property is very good but as my husband said to the staff , the shower leave something to be desired. The water pressure is so weak I cannot finished rinsing my hair . The air conditioning is quite noisy otherwise the staff was very accommodating. '

'The Gym and Indoor Pool looked well maintained and equipped. The room was clean and the breakfast had a good selection. The reception clerk was personable and efficient with both check-in and out. '
