The spacious bedroom features built-in robes and city views. Start the day with coffee on your private balcony, then relax in the light-filled living area, with comfortable furnishings, blackout blinds, heating and cooling.

The fully equipped kitchen includes gas cooking, an oven, dishwasher, fridge, Breville coffee machine, toaster and kettle. For added convenience, the apartment also has a washing machine and dryer, an iron and ironing board, extra blankets and a TV.

Guests can enjoy the building’s pool, sauna, fully equipped gym and BBQ area. The rooftop alfresco terrace is a highlight, with panoramic views across Melbourne’s skyline.

South Yarra Train Station is directly across the road, making it easy to get around and explore the city.

KEY COLLECTION
Collect your keys from South Yarra IGA Local Grocer at 113–115 Toorak Road, South Yarra. It’s open daily from 6 am to midnight and is about 1 km from the apartment, a four-minute drive or a 15-minute walk.

ARRIVING OUTSIDE OPENING HOURS
If you expect to arrive outside the store’s opening hours, please let us know in advance. We can arrange key collection from a lockbox for a $50 setup fee.

GUEST INTERACTION
You’ll receive your access details before arrival, so you can check in directly at the apartment. We may not meet you in person, but self check-in makes arriving and departing simple and convenient.

You can contact us through the booking platform at any time during your stay. We’ll also provide our office number in case you need urgent assistance. We’re here to help make your stay enjoyable.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
South Yarra has plenty to explore, from local cafés and restaurants to nearby attractions. You’ll find recommendations in the guest guidebook linked in your welcome message, and you can also scan the QR code at the apartment to access it. GETTING AROUND
Paid, secure off-street parking is available at Care Park, just two doors from the building at 9 Yarra Street, South Yarra. The car park is a short walk from the apartment, with access via Yarra Street.

It has space for approximately 100 vehicles and a height clearance of around 2.2 metres. Pay via Autopay using a credit card or Tap & Go.

Opening hours are generally 6:30 am–8:00 pm on weekdays, until 11:00 pm on Fridays, and until 7:00 pm on weekends. Hours and casual parking rates may change, so please check directly with Care Park before your visit.
