With four queen bedrooms, multiple entertaining areas, ducted heating and refrigerated cooling, there's plenty of room to come together or find a quiet corner to relax.

THE HOME

High ceilings and an abundance of natural light create a lovely sense of space throughout this generous two-storey home. The modern, open-plan kitchen is equipped with essential appliances and amenities, flowing into the dining area and a comfortable sitting space with a wall-mounted TV.

There are two additional living areas, giving everyone room to relax and unwind. The separate front lounge offers comfortable seating and a wall-mounted TV, while the rear living and entertaining area features additional couches, a Smart TV for streaming your favourites and direct access to the back garden.

Step outside to enjoy the gas-heated plunge pool and spa, fire up the BBQ and settle in for relaxed outdoor dining. The outdoor table and seating make this an ideal spot for leisurely lunches, afternoon drinks and balmy summer evenings. For a little extra holiday fun, guests also have access to the Settler's Cove tennis courts.

With ducted heating and refrigerated cooling throughout, Our Lady offers complete comfort.

PARKING
The fully gated rear yard provides additional space for parking a boat, jet ski or up to two vehicles, while the double lock-up garage accommodates two cars.

LINEN
A full bed and bathroom linen package, including bathroom towels & pool towels for each registered guest is included with your booking. BYO Beach Towels.

PET
Your Pet is considered by application only. A description of your pet is required. Breed, Size, Age. Do not book then advise as we do not wish to disappoint if your pet is not approved by our owner. Pet Stay Fee applies. Property is fenced and secure.

BOOKING POLICY
A Security deposit of $2000 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.

STRICTLY
No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests 28+ will be considered. Instant bookings are subject to approval, pending the return by email, of the Booking Terms & Conditions pdf within 24 hours. Failure to complete the Booking Terms & Conditions pdf within 24 hours or not meeting any requirements of the Booking Terms may result in automatic cancellation.

CODE OF CONDUCT.
Mornington Peninsula Shire Short Stay Rental Accommodation Local Law. Guests must ensure they read and follow the requirements of the Code of Conduct. A serious breach of the Code of Conduct may result in the termination of your rental agreement and require you to immediately vacate the property.
