The Space:

Step into the Southbank Skyline Retreat, a stylish apartment designed for a memorable Melbourne experience. This apartment features two bedrooms, each offering a private haven. Bedroom 1 boasts a comfortable queen-size bed. Bedroom 2 also features a queen-size bed, providing ample space and privacy. Enjoy the convenience of two full bathrooms. Step out onto your private balcony and soak in breathtaking city views. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary creations, complete with modern appliances. Guests have access to a communal rooftop pool and a well-equipped gym. The living room is a comfortable space to unwind and enjoy the views.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including two bedrooms with queen-size beds, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living area, and private balcony with city views.



Guests also have access to the building’s shared facilities, including the swimming pool, gym, and rooftop sauna on Level 54.



Please note that before using these facilities, guests are required to visit the East Tower reception to complete a brief facility induction.



The Neighborhood:

Stay in the heart of Southbank, surrounded by dining, shopping and some of Melbourne’s most popular attractions.



Woolworths and an Asian supermarket are located just downstairs, making groceries and everyday essentials very convenient. Crown Casino and Entertainment Complex, the Yarra River, Southbank restaurants and cafés are all nearby.



The National Gallery of Victoria (NGV), Arts Centre Melbourne and Southgate are also within easy reach, making this a great location for both short visits and longer stays.



Getting Around:

Getting around from Southbank Skyline Retreat is easy, with convenient public transport nearby.



Route 58 tram is just a short walk away and provides direct access to Melbourne CBD. Flinders Street Station is also easily accessible for train connections across Melbourne.



Many Southbank and CBD attractions can also be reached on foot, so a car is not essential for most guests.



Melbourne Airport is approximately a 30–45 minute drive, depending on traffic.
