Relax and unwind at our modern double story townhouse. This is a fully self contained house with everything you need for a family holiday. You will love being in the thick of the action and close to the main beach at Safety Beach without the noise, as you're nestled down the driveway away from the busy road. It is only a short 200m stroll to the local supermarket/deli, chemist and takeaway shop.
In the back yard, you have a decking covered by an umbrella with an outdoor dining set for those sunny days. A 3 burner barbecue is also included if barbecues are your thing.
In the back shed we have left some extras for the beach including a beach cart so you can carry everything you need on your 120m stroll to the beach.
The master bedroom comes with a queen bed and an ensuite with toilet and shower amenities.Bedroom 2 also comes with a queen bed. Bedroom 3 comes with a single bed and a trundle bed.
The main bathroom upstairs includes both a shower and separate bathtub for the kids. The house does have 3 toilets so no more waiting.
The kitchen and living area are downstairs while the bedrooms are all upstairs so feel free to stay up after sending the kids to bed.
The Living Room comes with a new 55 inch QLED Smart TV with NBN broadband and wifi. So feel free to connect your own netflix, foxtel, disney etc... A DVD Player and a Playstation4 are also included. There is a small assortment of dvd movies and books and games to play with as well. The Living room does also have 2 padded rocking chair recliners to relax in as well after a long day.
The kitchen comes with a gas hotplate, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and assorted cookware and plates and cutlery. There is also a full sized dishwasher to help the clean up after dinner.
The laundry has a modern washing machine and dryer so there is no need to bring the whole cupboard with you. Detergent is included. There is a clothesline in the back yard if you do just need to air your towels or clothes.
