'The place was clean for the most part. One of the toilets was not properly cleaned and it has a small ant problem. Other than that my husband and I enjoying our stay. My dog enjoyed exploring and his walks. I will rent this place again if Iam in that area.'

'Ted was very easy to work with and responded quickly for all of my inquiries. The unit is well stocked with kitchen items, beach chairs and towels. I enjoyed having breakfast and lunch on the balcony. Was able to see beautiful sunrises over the ocean from the balcony and master bedroom, and sunsets from the second bedroom. There is a pull out sofa, but I did not have the opportunity to use it. I would rent from Ted again.'

'We loved this condo, very comfortable and clean with everything we needed. It's close to some great restaurants and just a short drive to the beach. The only down fall was the pool being out of order, my son was upset about that. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely come back.'
