This stylish holiday apartment in Medulin is located in a quiet area on the southeastern edge of the town and is ideal for families or couples who want to spend a relaxed holiday on the Adriatic. The accommodation is located on the first floor of a modern holiday home with a total of five apartments and offers space for up to five people on around 53 m².



The open living and dining area is air-conditioned and tastefully furnished. A cosy sofa bed, a dining table and SAT-TV provide comfort. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for self-catering – including a refrigerator, 4-plate stove, extractor hood, kettle and coffee machine. From here, you can access the covered terrace with a table and chairs, which invites you to relax outdoors.



Two separate bedrooms - one with a double bed, the other with two single beds - offer pleasant retreats. The bathroom has a bathtub, toilet, bidet and window. WiFi, bed linen and towels are included in the stay. A washing machine is available to guests in the house for communal use (for a fee).



The situation is ideal: The sea is only about 400 metres away, and the gently sloping sandy beach Bijeca - one of the most beautiful family beaches in Istria - is just a few minutes' walk away. Restaurants, cafés and a supermarket are located in the immediate vicinity. You can easily reach the centre of Medulin on foot, and the historic city of Pula with its impressive amphitheatre is only about 9 kilometres away.



The well-maintained garden of the house with approximately 700 m² of area as well as a private parking space per apartment are available to guests. Pets are not permitted in order to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.
