'I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The staff were unfriendly and unprofessional, and the service was extremely poor. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my vacation at all. In particular, the behavior at the bar was very unpleasant, as the staff were unkind and never smiled at the guests . I paid a large amount of money for this hotel, but it was not worth the price at all. All the restaurants were extra charged except for the main one, and the food there was repetitive every day....
