« This rental was a massive disappointment and hassle. Red flag, the listing photos are generic stock photos lifted from the Sheraton’s website – not the actual suite you reserve. Upon check-in, it seems the owner double-booked the suite, and our reservation was converted to a standard hotel room. I definitely rented and paid for a studio suite with kitchen and seating area. Not a hotel room. Fortunately, the Sheraton staff was amazing. Everyone at the front desk and bell stand were super friendly...

« 12 hours before our arrival time we receive an email from the Anna that after the 1st night we would have to checkout and change rooms. This was going to be a huge inconvenience to us.
