  • 1 chambres flambant neuves que nous avons créées après une tonne de commentaires que les gens aimeraient travailler depuis l'appartement et étaient fatigués d'être courbés sur la table basse. Cette une chambre a deux unités de climatisation. Wifi, deux téléviseurs, laveuse et sécheuse, et une belle mezzanine avec un canapé et un bureau pour travailler. C'est le plus grand des appartements d'une chambre que nous ayons jamais construit. Il y a un bain à remous dans l'appartement pour se détendre et votre bureau à domicile. Vos deux pâtés de maisons de l'avenue Poblado. 8 du milieu du parc lleras. Votre entre le supermarché exito et Carulla. Le métro est à 4 pâtés de maisons. C'est un endroit calme parfait pour profiter de la détente et si besoin de travailler.

    Réservation via cette plateforme. Nous exigerons un contact signé, une copie recto-verso de la carte de crédit utilisée pour réserver, plus une copie de votre passeport ou cédule. Tous doivent correspondre au nom de réservation d'origine. S'IL VOUS PLAÎT VOIR CECI en raison de l'énorme quantité de fraude que nous avons récemment, il doit en être ainsi.

Located on a busy street, there is some traffic noise. The two air conditioners work well if the heat isn't extreme for Medellin. My first day there, it was atypically hot for Medellin and the AC couldn't keep up. After that day, though, the AC had no problems cooling the unit off upon return. I didn't use the TV or sound system, but my bluetooth speaker worked fine in keeping the noise from the street from being noticeable. There are many places to eat close by and a TD1 about 5 minutes away.

Overall Experience

The place is centrally located, which makes it easy to get around town. The place is both clean and pretty modern. I do have two small complaints or suggestions 1). Please replace the shower head, there not that expensive. 2). I was not able to use the Jacuzzi because the stopper does not work. Smh!

These reviews are outdated and probably fake. I booked this space for 4 days and left within 2 hours. Roach infested, dirty, outdated, and not what it looks like in the photos. The host is disrespectful and extremely unreliable. Literally arrived from a flight at 10PM and reported to the host that a roach was in the unit and asked to be moved, not only did the host mention he doesn’t “move tenants that see bugs,” but he went as far as calling me a woman. Told me I should find something better to do than complain and I should be grateful for the area it’s in and the price.The area is in the ghetto and dangerous. I myself can hold up my own but I don’t recommend it. This listing literally shouldn’t even be allowed online and this host needs to be banned completely.

I was pleased that they helped me check in smoothly even though my flight arrived late. This is a clean, well appointed, well located apartment. Although all was not perfect, any concerns I had were attended to quickly. I will be back. 😁

Great value.

Everything was as stated. AC worked great. Good central location and a very comfortable apartment. They were very responsive when the washer wasn't working and they came immediately. Next time I will have to check the plug.
