« Started with the front desk staff not being knowledgeable if our booking included breakfast. Once we got to our room, found out I was given only 1 key card knowing we had 4 people total. The bathroom had no soap, no body wash, only 3 towels and the hair dryer was hard to locate. When I asked for the items missing in the room, I was told they’re still waiting for body wash shipment. For breakfast, the menu was limited and the food was not good, definitely not worth adding knowing there are food...

« Helpful, friendly staff. The facility was pretty well maintained. The room was clean, but had a vague 'cafeteria' odor - I suspect due to kitchen use during someone's previous extended stay. My stay was a single night after late arrival. I would stay there again. »
