'And all my years of travelling this by far was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The general manager was unbelievably unprofessional. Other patrons that were staying there long-term were drunk and belligerent in the hotel lobby, and it was obvious they were good friends with the general manager. We received threats from both the patrons and the GM to the point that we had to leave after a long day of travel and minding our own business. Absolutely unreal'

'We loved our stay at the Hampton Inn, however I found that they are so understaffed. There was only one woman on staff that evening to check in customers also doing laundry and everything else. Sarah was so amazing and kind. We felt so bad for her and yet she kept a smile on her face the whole time. My feedback is you should staff more appropriately in the future before you lose good employees.'

'I have never stayed at Candlewood Suites before. I highly recommend it! Staff was able to get me in for early check in. My suite was large and very comfortable. The room was immaculate. Kudos to Their staff!!'

'Pool was under construction when we were there. Was not evident when We were booking. Would’ve gone elsewhere had we known. The HVAC unit in our room had no heat. The bathroom sink drained poorly and had no hot water. Although we were there for theee days the maid did not come in once to empty trash or replenish TP/coffee etc. Will go elsewhere next time. Great location though,'

'I'm not going to talk about anything other than the fact that any issues we had were promptly addressed and taken care of. The staff, the front office people, are exceptional, very caring, helpful and accommodating. '

'Air condition was fine. Within a 20-25 minutes to everything, including the T, downtown Pittsburgh, relatives, shopping, etc. It served its purpose. If you're looking for luxury, this is not the place. If you are looking for affordability and friendly staff, this is the place.'
