'Our stay at this cottage in Lake Geneva was overall very enjoyable. The property was clean, cozy, and surprisingly spaciou. In fact, it was comfortable enough for six adults with three full beds and a sofa bed. The single bathroom could feel a little tight at times, but the location right across from a QuickTrip made it easy to grab food, drinks, and even use the restroom if needed. "Be careful when booking this hotel. As per Wyndham’s policy, they only do a full room cleaning every 3 days. During our stay, we had to repeatedly request extra cleanings, but these were not always done — and when they were, the quality was disappointing. The biggest concern was cleanliness. Our baby found a medication tablet behind the bed and put it in her mouth. Thankfully, we noticed it right away and were able to remove it before anything serious happened. This was a very alarming experience and completely unacceptable for a hotel. We expected much better standards of hygiene and care from a Wyndham property."
