Blue Haven is a stunning 5-bedroom, 6-bath lakefront retreat located in the heart of Deep Creek Lake. Perfect for family gatherings or group getaways, this spacious home combines modern comforts with lakeside relaxation. (Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome!) Step into the inviting living room, where a cozy fireplace sets the tone for relaxing evenings. The well-equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area, making it easy to gather for shared meals. A king bedroom suite on this level provides both comfort and convenience. Upstairs, you ll find three additional king bedroom suites, each designed for privacy and comfort. A sitting area with a desk and chair makes this floor ideal for catching up on work or enjoying a quiet reading nook. The top level is perfect for kids and teens with a spacious bedroom featuring two sets of twin-over-full bunks, comfortably sleeping up to six guests plenty of room for sleepovers and late-night laughs. The fun continues downstairs on the lower level, where a foosball table and air hockey table provide hours of entertainment.

Blue Haven truly shines outdoors. Step onto the spacious deck overlooking the lake, complete with plenty of seating, outdoor dining space, gas grills, and a bubbling hot tub. In the evenings, gather around the lakeside firepit with friends and family while soaking in the view. A private path leads directly to your boat slip, giving you easy access to endless water adventures. (Dock is available Memorial Day through Labor Day). Whether you re visiting in the summer for boating and swimming, or in the winter for nearby skiing and cozy fireside nights, Blue Haven is your perfect Deep Creek Lake escape.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
*This home s kitchen is equipped with a standard and k-cup style coffee pot.
*Max parking spaces for this home is 5; access to garage and shed by lake is not available
*This home does not have cable tv (streaming is available using your own account)
*This home has exterior cameras facing front door/yard, driveway/garage, and dock
*This is a non-smoking/vaping property
*Check-in is between 4 pm- 9 pm; Check-out is by 10 am.
*Minimum age to rent is 25.

WHAT TO BRING:
Please plan to bring your own supplies. One bath towel and one washcloth per person will be provided. Homes are equipped with cookware, dishes, drinkware, utensils, and bed linens for the max occupancy of the home. Propane will be provided for all propane grills; any refill requests can be made during normal business hours. Some items NOT provided include: paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, beach towels, firewood and makeup remover wipes (recommended to avoid fees for towel damage).

PETS:
This home allows up to 2 well-behaved dogs with a pre-paid pet fee. When making your reservation, please be sure to enter the number of dogs in the designated pet field when adding the number of adults and children so the pet fee is included in your reservation total. No other pets are permitted. Bringing more than two dogs will result in a fee equal to 3x the standard pet fee, per pet.

WINTER RESERVATIONS:
A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.

RESERVATION PROCESS:
WITHIN 24 HRS OF BOOKING, sign the Rental Agreement to begin receiving your pre-arrival information. (Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement.) Once completed, your check-in instructions and door code will be automatically sent ONE DAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. If you do not receive this info, please check your spam folder first. If it is still missing, contact us before 4 pm to ensure a smooth check-in. *A non-refundable processing fee applies to all reservations.*
