'Property was in a good area, close to wverything, well maintained. The communication was difficult and owners asked me to pay via venmo, paypal or zelle which felt very scammy. They also communicated through whatsapp which also felt scammy. We finally got on the same page via email and text and they ran my credit card for payment. 'My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It is a cute and comfortable home very tastefully decorated and super clean! It was a special touch to already have toiletries available and supplies for making coffee too! What a nice touch! We all fell in love with it! Very convenient to shopping and many excellent restaurants close by. This was located in a safe and quiet residential area. We will return again for our next PR trip. 'We stayed here for a bit more than a week and had nothing but great things to say. The home was simple but had everything we needed for a fun and comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked most of our meals at home. 'Beautiful location… the house was old vibe,old San Juan, beachy, relaxing and overall great! We watched the sunrise and sunset. We were close to bars and restaurants. I have been to the area before and as always the food is amazing! Rompeolas restaurant serves the best monfongo with any combination you choose! I can go on! Overall I loved the experience and the owner was amazing! I locked myself out and they came within 45 min to unlock the door for me! Thank you! '
