This unforgettable vacation rental located on the south coast of Barbados has everything you're looking for in an ideal Caribbean getaway: pristine ocean views, white sandy beaches, contemporary decor and home away from home comfort. The two bedrooms are perfect for a getaway with friends and family—or for a honeymoon-style escape.Soak in the views of the Caribbean Sea from your private patio while relaxing on the two sun loungers, or enjoy an al-fresco dinner at the dining table with seating for four while the sun sets in front of you.

Ocean One 204 is a contemporary condo with touches of modern amenities throughout; like the Nest controlled central AC keeping you cool after a day out in the sun. The L-shaped couch in the open plan living area is the perfect place to kick back and relax in front of the apple TV as the ocean glistens in front of you. The cooks of the family will love the fully-outfitted kitchen, which has four stools on the breakfast bar - perfect for casual meals. Both of the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning, ceiling fan and lots of storage space for your holiday wardrobe. The master bedroom also has its own television and a queen bed, while the second bedroom has a king bed which can also be set-up as two twin beds. Please ask in advance of your arrival if you need this bedroom to be set-up as two twins.

Ocean One 204 is located right on the ocean, putting you steps from soft sands and clear waters. You can also lounge poolside and choose to take a dip in the lap pool or the plunge pool. The condo is conveniently located on the Maxwell Coast, and all amenities are within easy reach.

Wonderful location with spectacular views! We loved the condo with quality beds & bedding, ample amenities, and easy access to pool and beach. The unit is well cared for with lovely artworks & vibrant colors. Very comfortable furnishings and the deck was shaded all times of day. Easy to walk to nearby restaurants and the beach area is perfect for strolls. We wouldn’t hesitate to return!

This place was amazing! Exactly as advertised. Beautiful view of the beach which the pictures don't do justice. The kitchen was well-stocked with items. The beds were comfortable as was the AC. The property is gated and we felt very safe. The property management company was attentive, and the concierges were all great and very helpful and friendly. The location was absolutely ideal. Only 15 minutes from the airport and sandwiched between two resorts (Sandals and Bougaineville) which meant the beach was well-maintained. Bougaineville has a beachfront restaurant in walking distance which we went to often. There is plenty to do in the St.Lawrence Gap. Various supermarkets nearby. Easy access to either coast of the island with rental car.I would absolutely stay here again. It was perfect.

Our stay at the Ocean One apartment couldn't have been better. The apartment is wonderful. It is well equipped with all the kitchen utensils you may need to cook at home. They provided beach towels and a dry rack. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. We had some struggles with turning the AC down as we're not used to having it on so cold. They even provided a cleaning service halfway through our stay which was a nice surprise. The location is fantastic, right on the beach and with a nice little garden with the pool and outdoor shower. If you plan to explore and go to dinner regularly you'll need a car or some mode of transportation as it's not close enough to walk. With a car everything you ever want is at most 15 minutes away. We would absolutely return to this apartment. It is a gem.

Great Place!

It was very clean and the view is priceless! Check in was easy and the condo is spacious. The only thing I missed was a full view mirror and lighting in the bathroom was dim. However it was quiet and the beds were super comfortable. I highly recommend!

Myself and my wife stayed here May 2025, from the back of the property it’s approx 66 steps to the ocean! Patio view of ocean is stunning! Our stay was outstanding! We loved this building so much, we are returning in Nov with family!

Relaxing week vacation

We had a great stay, the property is beautiful and in a great location. Second time staying at Ocean One, first in this unit. The beds were comfortable, love that each bedroom has their own bathroom. The week were there they had a lot of seaweed which wasn't great but the pool was lovely. The only thing is the unit needs a new dishwasher, other than that it was great.

Beautiful Property, Amazing Location

Beautiful Condo!

The condo is gorgeous (true to photos) and the view is amazing. AC works very well with controls in each room. Building felt very secure. Beach and water absolutely breathtaking. Concierge was very responsive. Nice restaurant next door at the Bougainvillea property is open to the public and the food was pretty decent. Sandals Royal resort was next door on the other side, so there were a fair number of people on the beach each day, but not crowded. If you have four people staying, you may want to bring extra toilet paper, as the amount supplied was not enough for our six day stay. Also, if you like to use wash cloths or face towels, pack your own as there is only one per bathroom. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

Great location

Great views, large balcony, easy access to pool and beach, most services are within walking distance or a short cab ride. Maxwell beach is a good walking beach but less ideal for swimming due to the trade winds and waves. Both beds are queen and windows lack screens. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Much needed R&R

First time at this property after 5 years away from the island. Beautiful beach and clean pools made this a wonderful place to relax. Close to everything we love about the island, including restaurants and Oistins fish market. The accommodations were very comfortable and the building was very secure and clean. We would definitely stay again.

This vacation home is just what we needed, it suited 2 couples perfectly. The condo is exactly as advertised, spacious, clean, lovely grounds. Great location for us, beautiful views. Ocean One Paradise

Truly, this is an ideal location. It’s close to everything with easy access for groceries, Oistins fish market and a good assortment of restaurants. The beach area is stunning and relatively quiet. This condo is well equipped with super comfortable beds and a beautiful living area. We lived on the beautiful balcony. We were impressed with the comfortable outdoor furniture. For two couples, we each had our own private quiet suites which was perfect! Justin, the concierge was responsive and helpful. We took advantage of the fast-track arrival at the airport which was worth every penny - with multiple flights arriving at the same time. My only tiny suggestion is the glass wear could be replaced (etched and there could be a few extra glasses) and a few kitchen tools needed replacing. We bought a non-stick pan and two knives that we’ll leave here for others to use. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Love it!

Amazing

This property is amazing! The condo inside was perfect and had everything we needed. Nice modern touch, and very comfortable beds. The view from the balcony was gorgeous we ate on the balcony many times enjoying the view. The location was perfect just a couple minutes away from everything by car. They also have a nice gym located in the same building. The washer and dryer were located inside our room which was very convenient. The beach was the best part and literally only a few steps away. I’m always concerned the beach will be far away and not as advertised; this was definitely not the case. You take the elevator down, go outside, a few steps past the pool and your on the beach! It was a perfect white sand beach too with no rocks and no strong undertows either. Plenty of beach chairs were always available. The pick up process was fast an easy. Justin the property manager made everything easy and helped us with the many questions we had. I would highly recommend using their expedited airport option, as well as the meal options. They’ll have food available (of your choosing) in the fridge, plus a hot meal from a local restaurant upon arrival. We did - it was nice! Can’t say enough about this place or the island. Would highly recommend.

Clean condo close to the water

We stayed in the condo at Oceans One in June of 2019. The unit was spacious, very clean, and had a great view. The beds were comfortable, the linens crisp, and the 2 bathrooms well appointed. The pool isn’t huge but is big enough given the limited number of people who have access to it. Access to the beach couldn’t have been any easier, nor much closer, though the water was often too rough for swimming. The restaurant next door, at The Bougainvillea, was very good and they even had evening entertainment. Due to the expanse of the Sandals resort right next door, there was no direct road access to the shops at Dover beach; travel meant either a 15-20 minute walk or 3 minute cab ride. That was until we found a small access alley at the far end of Turtle Beach. This cut the walk down to about 5 minutes. The trade off for the condo’s ocean proximity is that the ocean is almost the only thing that is close by. A cab is required if you’d like to pick up some groceries, shop for souvenirs, or try out different restaurants. Nothing seemed too far but you’ll want to have a driver’s contact information handy. Orman was our go to and was awesome! He was very responsive, super friendly, and his vehicles were clean and smelled good too! All in all, we enjoyed our time and would recommend the condo for 2 friends or 2 couples.
