'Other than the dirty carpet in guest room and the malfunctioning desk chair in same room the rest of the hotel was 5 stars. The only other recommendation would be to remove the parking charge for hotel guests.'

'Horrible experience. Our first room had a loud humming noise and noticeable vibration coming through the wall, making it impossible to relax. We went to the front desk and asked to switch rooms. The employee was helpful, but unfortunately the only room available had a strong musty odor. We reported the smell, and someone came up to spray an air freshener, but it only masked the odor temporarily. After looking into it further, we realized the smell was coming from the air conditioner. Every time...

'The room was fine and bed comfortable. Overall a clean establishment. Complimentary breakfast was also acceptable. We were not happy with the quality of housekeeping services. We were provided with fresh towels etc. but they did not empty trash in our room, did not make our beds, did not restock coffee pods etc. and we’d have to go to the front desk and ask. Front desk attendants were not the friendliest.'

'Het hotel is erg mooi en netjes en ligt goed gelegen. Wat ik jammer vond is dat ik een non smoking room kreeg (volgens mij is het hele hotel non smoking) maar het tapijt rook duidelijk nog naar sigaretten. Het is dus in het verleden denk ik een smoking room geweest en dat ruik je nog. '
