'Great staffs, very polite, very respectful, very approachable, can’t complain. Guess it comes with the culture. Love the activities that are available. Learned a lot from the local staffs with the activities provided by the hotel. Coconut husking, coconut cream making, making head garlands, head bands, hats, sarong tying, dancing etc. Very fully equipped, table tennis, swimming pool, pool table and next to the beach. '

'The property needs an uplift. Our room fridge was faulty and leaking, the bunk bed was making a creaking noise every time you turn around so it was difficult to sleep. Felt the room was too small for 4 people but we managed. The staff was really good and helpful so didn't even want to complain. The staff made it a very pleasant holiday for us. '

'5 stars all round! The staff are very helpful and go the extra mile to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Awesome atmosphere. The bar and pool was my favourite place to be. Only downside was our aircon kept leaking however that could’ve been due to the humidity but it still didn’t put a damper on things. Thank you to all the staff. Definitely be back. '

Ik heb 3 maal een e-mail gestuurd of een airport pick up geregeld kon worden, maar geen enkele reactie gekregen waardoor de start van mijn vakantie niet erg fijn voelde. 'The staff at Moana Sands were absolutely amazing, particularly the ladies on the front desk. There was one who was especially wonderful and gave my friend and I lots of ideas and information about places to visit and what to do (she was the one who told us about the fantastic lemon cheesecake at the Maire Nui gardens!). The property was spotless, beautifully quiet, had gorgeous views and extremely spacious rooms. The only draw-back was there weren't dinner options from the restaurant every night...

'Its quite dated now for the price you pay. Bed is 2 singles together & you feel the join & its not a comfortable bed. The phone is hopeless due to service/static so was hopeless trying to order room service or ringing reception. Justbso you are aware The menu/food not the best & when its theme nights you cant order anything else except off the snack menu so not good if you have no transport to go elsewhere.I only stay here if i travel on my own due to having a private pool room otherwise we stay...
