« Cons: Pool was dirty, no tools to clean it. Staff was NEVER on site, trash bin by the pavilion was full the whole time. All BBQ grills had broken grates making all of them almost impossible to cook on. Room was clean, if you don’t count the areas where the floor meets the wall, especially around the beds, where the hair, dust, and dead roaches gathered. « The room was clean and spacious! Linens were very nice and the beds very comfortable! The property grounds were beautiful with palm trees with areas to sit and socialize. The pool was beautiful with fountains and a hot tub. The property was so lovely it’s unfortunate that property management allowed items that should have been trashed to remain on the premises.
