PF26 Excellent House 4 Suites - Praia do Forte

Excellent house, located in the Condominium Fazenda Praia do Forte, integrated with nature, with swimming pool, gym, rustic lounge and country kitchen.

My space has 4 suites, both with air conditioning and a living room integrated with the kitchen. In the external area, a gourmet balcony with barbecue, swimming pool and hammock.

We take care of the house with all the affection and care, in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**Water and energy consumption is charged at the end of the stay;

***A deposit of R$1,500.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

****** At check-in and check-out, readings are taken from the energy and water meters to calculate consumption and subsequent billing. For energy consumption calculation, a rate of R$ 1.10 per kilowatt used is applied. Water consumption is estimated based on Embasa's summer tariff table. *******We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.

The bedroom layout is as follows:

Suite 1 (ground floor): 3 single beds, split-system air conditioning, fan, blackout curtains, and wardrobe;

Suite 2 (upper floor): 1 double bed, 1 single bed, split-system air conditioning, blackout curtains, and wardrobe;

Suite 3 (upper floor): 2 single beds, split-system air conditioning, blackout curtains, and wardrobe;

Suite 4 (upper floor): 1 double bed, split-system air conditioning, blackout curtains, and wardrobe.

Note: In Suites 2 and 3, the single beds can be pushed together to form a double bed.
