Villa Felicia is a luxury villa, with amazing view of the Bay of Naples, with a large swimming pool, solarium and wide terrace surrounded by greenery.
It is located in Massa Lubrense at the end of the Sorrento Coast, in a unique position for traditions and natural beauty, very popular for its cuisine, a few kilometers from Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast, Capri and Pompeii.
Massa Lubrense is the town of the beautiful nature marine reserve Punta Campanella and of the Bay of Jeranto.

The villa is immersed in a garden of two hectares of Mediterranean vegetation, fruit trees, olive and lemon groves, offering a wonderful view of Capri, Ischia and the Gulf of Naples to Vesuvius.

This luxury property has 12 comfortable bedrooms, all elegantly furnished with a trendy design and it can accommodate up to 24 people.
Anyway, on request, it is possible to add two double sofa beds and two single beds up to a total of 30 sleeps.

All the bedrooms have double or twin beds, private bathroom, except one whose bathroom is located nearby and without kitchenette.
The suite has a window with view on the bay and its islands.
The rooms have air-conditioning, minibar, Internet (cable or Wi-Fi connection), kitchenette foldaway, 32" LCD TV with digital and satellite channels.

Outside the villa features a beautiful infinity pool that is 12 x 8.50 meters and is equipped with sun loungers and deck chairs.
Villa Felicia is the perfect location for those who are looking for a tranquil location, being close to the major tourist attractions of this beautiful region, it is ideal for stays and events of group of families, friends and travelers from all over the world who wish to live shared experiences (hiking, cooking classes, yoga etc.).

Massa Lubrense is a small village at only 9 kms from Sorrento, which offers a wide range of services, it is well connected to other tourist resorts in the area such as: the Amalfi coast, the archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum, Capri, Naples, that can be reached by train, bus or ferry.

Rental rules
Check-In time is from 16:00, Check-Out time is by 10:00 AM
Minimum stay: 3 nights in low season, 1 week in the other periods (changeover day Saturday).
Rates are inclusive of: daily cleaning (5 hours a day, 6 days per week), cot (up to 3), electricity (up to 300 kw per week, 2 sets of linens and bath towels).
A refundable deposit of € 1.500 has to be paid on arrival, it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damage.
Extra costs:
City tax: € 3,00 per day, per person (from 18 years onwards)
Extra double sofa bed (max. 2): € 300 per week, each)
Extra single bed (max 2): € 200 per week, each
Electricity over 300 kw per week: € 0,50 per kw
The swimming pool is closed in low season.
