« Apartment was just as advertised Thurley enjoyed the stay. Hope to stay there again in the future. Pastor Ron »

« Nice place and having 2 en suites was great. Grateful for the laundry soap so we could wash a load of laundry! »

« There is some dirt and possibly mold in and around the A/C vents. There is free parking above the short wall above the pay parking lot.The parting noise was negligent, but train noise was not as bad on the weekend. »

« Great location for visiting UT; walkable to Neyland and Kerns. Well decorated (cute/cozy), very clean, and had everything you need in the kitchen to cook at home. Host was very great with communications both via email and a binder with local recommendations. Highly recommend! »

« Loved the place will go back »

« The property was very clean and comfortable. It was close to where we were doing things. Host was good to communicate with us. The only difficulty we had was with parking, but the host was good to offer alternatives. I would be willing to rent from this host again. »

« The space itself was clean and tidy, along with directions on how to get to the room. Everything was great overall. Although, the clarification on which unit was the one I was renting was a bit confusing, but not enough to require elaboration by sending a message. »

« El sitio muy lindo, comodo, centrico y limpio. »

« Condo was as described very beautiful area at what seems like the top of the mountian we saw Bears every day we were there roaming the property. One PSA tip is to keep your car doors locked found out that bears know how to open doors and get inside after goodies :) Beddings and furnishings were all very comfortable and great pressure and heat on showers. »

« Unit was dated but clean. We had trouble with the WiFi and it took two nights of having no internet to get it fixed. We couldn’t even make phone calls, which was concerning. It did get fixed and we did learn how to lock the door. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay. Bathmats would be a nice addition. »

« Great location. Unit needs some updating. There are very few outlets and some don't work. Beds are comfortable and view from balcony is good. We even viewed a bear from the balcony. »

« We loved this property! Clean, cute and peaceful! The host was friendly and checked in on us. »

« I love the place, y it very close to the pool »

« Great place. Would definitely use again »

« We really enjoyed our three night stay at the cozy bear condo on top of the mountain in the Gatlinburg area. The condo was lovely, clean, quiet and stocked with all the kitchen appliances towels, bedding, toiletries, games everything you could need to enjoy a quiet, peaceful mountain getaway. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the property was well maintained. It was just a quick 10 minute drive down the mountain to be right in town. We even got to see a few bears a coyote and some wild...
