« Parfait!!! Cleanliness is one of the top priority of this hotel. »

« I booked the apartment for 20 nights but on arrival I was told there is no reservation and I had to look for an alternative. No explanation was given, no solution, the hotel did not offer to accommodate me until they find the paperwork. The hotel never offered any explanation, it is impossible to contact them, nobody answers the phone, the worst experience ever. No customer service whatsoever. Avoid!!!! »

« We don't come to Lagos for tourism , but mainly for business. We book premium hotels to have all facilities & confort to work . The WiFi & internet connection was dreadfull when using VPN : impossible to work properly . Hours in front of the lap top with no results . Stress & large delay in my work were the results of having chosen this hotel !!! »
