'You can’t imagine how traumatic this place was. The police had to come, I don’t know what was happening in the apartment. At check-in, the apartment was extremely dirty and clearly not in acceptable condition. It was impossible to stay there, and it’s also very far from the city center. I truly hope to receive a full reimbursement.'

'I expected a lot more from this hotel. There was like 0 personal pretty much always. We had to wait until 3 to check-in (ok, fine) but then still our room was not ready. They complained to us about the cleaning stuff (not our problem!). The room was ok, but a suite without a coffee maker??? Also the view on the "lake" was very disappointing, more like a view on a construction site with some water. The hotel has 0 facilities and also the surroundings are "empty".
