« Enjoyed our family time in Koshkonong—especially the effigy mounds park and exploring nearby towns. Very comfortable house with perhaps best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had in a rental. The owner/managers were very responsive and helpful. »

« Overall the experience was frustrating as when we arrived to the property it was not cleaned, no beds ready, and no laundry done. The house was not cleaned until 10:30 PM. After reaching out to the property manager multiple times there was never a response that corrected their mistake and compensated us for not being able to use the property until 6 or more hours after the check-in date. »

« We really enjoyed this house! Short walk to the beautiful lake. Friendly neighbors and lots of wildlife in the area. The house had plenty of room for everyone and everything we needed for the week. Will definitely stay here again when in the area! »

That code was used anytime we entered the house. This was absolutely perfect as we were traveling with our adult children. « The Island is a great place to stay. It’s right on the water, and we enjoyed long days relaxing, swimming and being out on the water on the stand-up paddle boards and in the kayaks. We had a wonderful night a night of fishing right off the dock when the lake was calm and our boys caught some fish. The sunsets were gorgeous. The kitchen is well stocked and beds are comfortable. « This rental made for the perfect group weekend getaway. From the great shuffleboard table to the vintage arcade games like NBA Jam, this place was on fire! The beautiful view of the wide river from the hot tub was so tranquil a member of our group asked what lake we were on. It’s the perfect distance from Madison and Chicago that you feel like you’ve truly gotten away, but close enough that lots of activities feel easily accessible.
