There is a road nearby, but the traffic is so minimal that it doesn’t take away from the experience at all. We packed a cooler because there’s not much nearby for restaurants, but that was fine because we didn’t have much desire to go anywhere. 'There is little to do onsite, as the property lacks a pool or a community area. No grill at the cabin, which would have been a gamechanger with respect to food options. The cabin itself was clean, good climate control, quiet, and comfortable.'

'My wife and I felt very lucky to have found The Miners Den which is a very new creation of a great proprietor who really cares about your experience.The hand built cabin is gently fitted to the landscape of balsam firs and hardwoods with a light touch.It reminded me of the few small cabins in the White Mountains you find along the trails.Everything you need less food is provided.For a couple in their sixties with a friendly dog we will be excited to get back there and see what’s happening.Oh...
