-New, equipped with everything needed to prepare good dishes and make you feel at home: utensils, pots, pans, dishes, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, capsule coffee maker.
- Coffee, tea and sugar will be provided free of charge.
- The kitchen is also equipped with a dining table for 6 people.
- A vacuum cleaner and an ironing kit are also provided.

You will have access to all parts of the accommodation.

Other remarks
-Late Check-in is possible from 9:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. maximum, and its charged at 20 euros.
-The household linen is provided according to the number of travelers.
-Animals are not allowed.
-The apartment is non-smoking.
-Please do not let solid objects pass through the siphon of the shower and sink to avoid plumbing problems.
-Before leaving the premises, please take out the trash and wash the dishes.
-We take care of washing the laundry after your departure.
-A deposit will be taken for any damage caused in the apartment.
-Please leave the apartment in the same state of cleanliness where you found it.
