Our apartment, Le ciel de Marseille, is strategically placed between the old port and the very lively Cours Julien district. This apartment renovated by an interior designer is warm and comfortable to accommodate 4 people. You will have reversible air conditioning in the bedrooms and the living room. Perched on the 4th and last floor of a typical Marseille building, you will have the benefit of an incredible unobstructed view of Notre Dame de la Garde. <br>Important: there is no elevator !! <br>The accommodation: <br>It is a spacious and bright T3, with two bedrooms equipped with storage with a double bed, one of 140 x190 cm and one of 160x200 cm. Each bedroom has its own bathroom for more privacy! <br><br>The living room is very friendly and arranged for your comfort with a large sofa, a SMART TV, a good WIFI for teleworking, a desk, a reception table for 8 guests and an open and fully equipped kitchen. <br>A laundry area is at your disposal with a washer dryer. <br>We will provide you with sheets, blankets and towels as well as a welcome kit containing coffee (beans), sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.<br>The neighborhood<br>The neighborhood is vibrant and close to all amenities. Ideally located near the metro, downtown, the Old Port and Cours Julien. Marseille's best restaurants and bars are all around!<br>The location is strategic and perfect for visiting the city.<br>Located not far from the antique dealers' district, it is an ideal axis for bargain-hunting, buying trendy and local decoration. <br>Very pleasant to live in, it is served by many means of transport: tram, bus and metro.<br>Close to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, pharmacies and tobacconists...<br>We wish you a pleasant stay in our beautiful city!
