The Villa and the outbuilding (Website hidden by Airbnb) with 5 spacious bedrooms which can accommodate 10 Adults. convertible sofas are also available allowing you to convert one of the lounges into a bedroom and accommodate up to 12 adults and 8 children without difficulty
The villa is carefully decorated by its owners who live there regularly which gives an identity to the villa and makes it less impersonal than the villas which are only used for seasonal rental.
AN EXCEPTIONAL SITUATION FOR HOLIDAYS IN PEACE WHILE BEING CLOSE TO THE CITY TO ENJOY ITS ACTIVITIES.
Take advantage of the large 2 hectare plot surrounding the villa to play volleyball, pétanque or take advantage of the "Mirror" pool (Water level at the same level of the terrace)
Or go out and explore the city of Marrakech and its many activities.
If necessary, a transport or a vehicle rental can be made available to you for all of your trips (See Conditions)

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a cancellation policy which may appear to be strict.
We know that there may be cases of force majeure.
To protect yourself against any risk and leave with complete peace of mind, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance, which, for a small fee, can reimburse
the costs related to your seasonal rental in Marrakech and protect you against many other risks such as illness, plane delays,
car breakdown or any other obstacle which could lead to the cancellation of your stay.
If you do not know about insurance of this type, just ask us, we will be happy to help you.
If you paid for your reservation with a VISA PREMIER, MASTERCARD GOLD type card, it is very likely that you already have cancellation insurance.
WHAT DISTANCE FROM THE CITY CENTER IS THE VILLA
The villa is about 30 minutes from the center of Marrakech
AT WHAT TIME SHOULD I RELEASE THE VILLA
The day of your departure, we ask you to vacate no later than 11:00 am, so that we can prepare the villa for the next vacationers.
If the departure of your plane is late, we can keep your luggage until your departure. That way you can enjoy Marrakech until the last moment.
If you wish to keep the villa until a late hour, this is also possible.
In this case, we will not take a reservation for the night following your departure and you will have a supplement corresponding to the price of one night.
This option must be confirmed at the time of your reservation or at the latest 48 hours before the start of the stay.
HOW DOES BREAKFAST WORK?
Each morning the cook will prepare you a typical Moroccan breakfast. You can agree with her the time of breakfast service and the things to serve you according to your tastes among what will be offered.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER MEALS?
A Menu of what the cook can prepare for you will be given to you when you arrive in case you want her to cook for you.
HOW TO GET THERE FROM THE AIRPORT OR FROM THE STATION?
If you absolutely want to arrive on your own from the station or from the airport, we will send you a detailed itinerary but please note that on request, our driver can pick you up on your arrival, with a private vehicle. All you have to do is provide us with your flight or train information. He will wait for you at the airport or at the train station, with a sign with your name on it.
AT THE END OF THE RENTAL, CAN I ORDER A TRANSFER FROM THE APARTMENT TO THE AIRPORT?
If you wish to order a private transfer with our driver, you can order a transfer from us at least 48 hours in advance.
Our driver will then pick you up at the apartment 3 hours before your plane takes off.
This service is available around the clock. Payment is made in cash at the time of order.
IS THE VILLA EQUIPPED WITH INTERNET?
Yes. the villa is equipped with internet and a wifi network in the entire living area in addition to the pool area. The access code will be provided to you upon your arrival.
DO YOU ADVISE ME TO USE MY MOBILE PHONE?
Due to roaming charges, it is best not to use your mobile phone. You can have a free sim card when you arrive at the airport and then buy refills in all grocery stores.
If necessary we can also provide you with a phone loan with a sim card, you will just have to charge it.
