« A very pleasant stay. Mary was lovely, and so was the service in the restaurant. The meal lacked seasoning and sauce, and the fries were undercooked. The next morning at breakfast, the brown bread was missing. It's a shame, but it doesn't spoil the overall impression too much. »

« It's a Premier Inn, so you know what you are getting. The hotel is seconds from the train station and the beach. The staff were superbly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic. The bar was better than your average hotel bar, bit of a limited draft beer choice. Overall, highly recommended. »

« The property was everything we needed for our one night stay in Whitstable. It was very cosy, and had everything we needed. The host was easy to contact and responded really quickly. Would definitely recommend and return. »

« Nice location, nice room but the bed was too soft for our liking. Unfortunately the pub next door had a band and loud karaoke until very late then the dustmen went past about 4 times at 6 o'clock. A very disturbing night because of the surroundings. »

« Good location, walkable to Canterbury Cathedral. Good single room, comfortable bed. Hosts were very friendly and helped me up to my room by carrying my suitcase. Since I was on the top floor, this was much appreciated. Breakfast was plentiful starting with continental choices and then a full cooked meal with several choices on the menu. Very good value for the cost. »

« Le parking est très pratique et l'hôtel permet aux hôtes d'y rester toute la journée du départ. Nous avons loué à deux reprises les appartements complets situés sous l'hôtel. Ces derniers sont très spacieux, confortables et extrêmement bien équipés (en particulier la cuisine et la litterie). Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir lors de notre prochain voyage à Canterbury. »
