Very clean and updated property that’s close to both beach public access points. Comfortable furniture and beds, lots of towels and a really convenient collapsible beach cart to take your beach stuff!

The condo was very nice and clean and the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and utensils. The pool was very nice and the location was within walking distance of the beach and some shopping and restaurants. The only suggestion I have would be to get some new beach towels. Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay.

Perfect in every way except bed had trouble with smoke alarm management company weren’t interested so I changed batteries myself a trip to Walmart at 9pm after no sleep for two nights would I stay there again most definitely had a great vacation

Spring Break

The property was generally very nice and in a good location to the beach access which made it very convenient! The complex and common areas are very clean and nice. The down side to this condo is the master bed and single beds are very uncomfortable and need to be replaced, all three are just awful and the sheets are really an embarrassment and need to be replaced also! Lastly, the beach equipment needs to be replaced the wagon was broken and the chairs are falling apart. There were no paddle ball racquets to use and the complex has a wonderful paddle ball court to use.so we purchased racquets and left them at the condo. Taking everything into consideration it was a nice condo in a good location, would I rent this one again probably not!

Grandview Condo a Simple Place to Stay

Great location, short walk to the beach public access with provided wagon, chairs and umbrella. Clean two bedrooms and bathrooms, couch was long but narrow, leather, cold. No other seating. Sheets are being replaced once I pointed out their condition. We were left two soaps for dishwasher, tiny tiny bar soap for shower and almost no toilet paper. Had to go buy all at 7-11 and leave behind. Wasn't planning on stealing theirs! Pool was clean and lots of chairs, plus shaded cover area and picnic tables on lawn, pickleball. Parking under condo also convenient. Fees are SO high but convenience of having a "home" instead of a "hotel" always good.

Relaxing Stay

Loved the Grandview Condo Amenities, location and condo itself - is for Beach-lovers - enjoyed the beach chairs, wagon and cooler and beach towels! Fantastic TV options and Patio furniture. Condo very quiet. Great Hot! Tub! We would have appreciated softer bath towels, a firmer master bed and more complimentary kitchen items such as more dishwasher tabs, some tea & sugar, and sharper knives. Also, paying the extra Condo and iTrip Administration Fees was an extra step and cost that I will watch for in the future and I feel should be worked into the VRBO price and not added on for the customer's sense of complete price. VRBO just lists the condo but iTrip is really the go-to-on-Island contact. A little confusing in the beginning to be dealing with so many businesses for 1 listing/rental. All legit. iTrip was responsive and experience was positive. Thank you to the owners for renting us their lovely condo! We had a great time! Loved Marco!

No Regrets! Absolutely Great!

This 2nd floor condo was as describedfor sure, I think even better. Very clean. Nice furnishings and decorations. The beds were surprisingly comfortable! I usually can't stand sleeping away from my own bed. The view on the screened in terrace was great because everywhere you look in Marco is beautiful. The only issue we had was the A/C went down (not a surprise considering they run 24/7 in FL.) one call to the property manager and it was fixed before we came back from our daytime outings. Never even felt the heat they fixed it so quickly! Everything you need is there! Beach towels, beach wagon, odds and ends for the beach. We left some boogie boards/sand shovels bug spray behind for the next guest! Kitchen well stocked, bathrooms, towels etc. I really can't recommend this place enough and would be happy to return any time. The property was quiet and nicely maintained. Didn't have a chance to use the pool, with the ocean so close. We timed our walk to the beach definitely no more than 10 minutes. There's restaurants, gift shops and ice cream within walking distance as well! Overall Excellent location, Excellent condo, Excellent response to any issues, Everything as described or better than expected! Thanks for operating such a great rental for people to enjoy! The only thing I regret is not leaving my review sooner!

Stayed for work. Clean and feels recently refreshed property. Well organized kitchen with everything one would need. If you want a bath, this is shower only. I've stayed in many condos on the island; most of them feeling like furniture, glasses, utensils, appliances, artwork and the whole residence was cobbed together with items which were inherited. I can understand the desire to do so on the owners part even if it leaves many of these places with an old, disjointed, and uncared for feeling. They often feel the only emphasis is how can I make the most money with little regard for the comfort of the guest. That is most definitely not the case here. Someone paid attention to details and got it right. Everyone's style and taste are different but at least effort was given; an example being the silverware, plates, and glasses match. Not a big deal I suppose, but evidence someone cared enough about their guests to make it feel like a home and not a place to store their deceased grandmothers old and outdated belongings. Another note is that although I was here for work and didn't care, beaches, recreation, shopping, restaurants and all that are a short walk away. Thank you.

Ideal location, experience and Spring Break

Manager Mark proved the consummate host of this lovely property. Since we were on Spring Break with about 20 other groups from our hometown, I was able to visit many neighboring properties; ours proved head and shoulders above the rest. Decor was fresh, amenities were top-notch, and the location cannot be beat. Many thanks for this wonderful stay.

Disappointing. We booked a property that was close to Marriott’s Crystal Shores and the day of check in we were moved to a lesser grade property for the same price that was further than we wanted. Washer ruined shirts and dryer didn’t work. TV didn’t work. Had we had known about the move before check in day, we would have stayed somewhere else but everything was sold out.

Clean, convenient and well-equipped

Great condo in an ideal Marco Island location. Just a 5 minute walk to beach access walkway, easy access to stores and it is situated on the main road with a great path for walking/running. The condo was super clean and it offered the perfect space for 2 adults and 2 teens/preteens. The kitchen was well stocked (blender, toaster, etc), as well as the bathroom (starter soap, TP, hairdryer). The rest of our family members rented homes in the same neighborhood so this condo was perfect for us to have our own space, but to also walk to meet our families at their homes. The accessible beach for this condo is gorgeous - sprawling white sand, clear water and a beachfront restaurant (Sunset Grille) where the kids liked to grab crab legs and virgin pina coladas. Our host, Mark at iTrip, was extremely responsive, professional, friendly and accomodating. We couldn't have asked for a better holiday getaway!

This is a older condo building, but it is nicely redone. It could use some better pans for cooking & new mattresses. All in all it was a great place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It's in a great location- 5-10 min walk to public beach access, close to shops, restaurants, hotels, etc. The unit was very clean and well stocked with linens, kitchen supplies and beach chairs, towels, etc. Would stay here again and recommend to others. A very good value.
