    Des vacances tropicales relaxantes vous attendent dans ce condo de deux chambres / deux salles de bains magnifiquement mis à jour à quelques pas de la plage sur la célèbre île de Marco. Profitez de locations à la semaine ou au mois dans l'emplacement idéal sur le côté sud de l'île. Les condos avec vue sur la mer sont directement en face de la plage et cette unité est située au dernier étage, ce qui permet une vue sur la plage depuis la véranda relaxante ainsi que la piscine et le court de tennis devant votre porte d'entrée. Le condo récemment mis à jour a une sensation de maison merveilleuse avec une cuisine bien équipée haut de gamme, des téléviseurs dans chaque chambre, du wifi partout, une belle literie pour votre confort, une table de salle à manger, une laveuse, une sécheuse, une imprimante et bien plus encore. Vous trouverez l'accès à la plage pavée à 200 pieds de cette unité. Chaises de plage, chariot de plage, glacières, serviettes et plus sont fournis pour votre confort. Passez en mode vacances, choisissez une semaine ou un mois et venez profiter de ce condo sur la magnifique île de Marco. As others have said, this building was wonderfully quiet all week! There were a few other families but we had long stretches of the pool all to ourselves. Our kids loved the screened in porch and we really appreciated we could still see the ocean. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. There were a few things that were a little tired from long term use (fridge probably needs replaced), but honestly had no impact on the quality of our stay. Really wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend for families with young kids!!

We stayed for 6 weeks in this beautiful condo which has all the beach essentials, a great pool, BBQ, and everything needed for a long stay. Jen is a great host and checked in to see how things were going and ask if we needed anything. The location is fantastic being directly across from beach access. I highly recommend staying here and we are planning on coming back next year.

This place is home away from home. A very clean and comfortable place with close proximity to the South Beach access. Everything you need is there! We had a wonderful stay and vacation.

Perfect for us

We enjoyed our stay...the property was well kept...there were only 3 other families staying in the complex while we were there so it was nice and quiet. The unit was decorated cute and was very clean and had everything we needed. I'd stay there again if I return to the area.

Fabulous place to stay

Awesome location, very close to the South Beach public beach access. Great place to stay with two bedroom and two bathrooms. Decorations were very beach inspired. Keyless entry was very convenient. Our favorite room was the screen porch with a view of the gulf.

Beautiful Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were attentive and the location couldn't have been better. From door to beach is 10 minutes, and that includes our favorite location on the beach south of the walkway. Most nights we could see the sunset from the lanai. Food and shopping is within walking distance as well. We hope to return!

Great condo at a perfect location!

We really enjoyed our stay! Perfect location just across the street from the Gulf. Pool not crowded, chairs always available. Condo was well equipped and had everything for day at the beach! Property manager was great! I would highly recommend this property! As a bonus, we could see the sunset from the balcony!

Amazing stay

We arrived and got very quick and smooth access to the condo. The first thing our children said was: "dad this apartment is amazing! This is the best you have ever found". The apartment was also very well equipped and the location was really good so we're very happy with our choice for our vacation.

Location, location, location

Can’t get any better for beach access when staying across the street. We love to walk over every evening for sunset. The condo is lovely and so, so nice to have a view. The pool area is great. The only thing that would have made it perfect for us was if the tennis court was maintained and marked for pickleball.

Marco Island Seaview Condo

This unit and property were amazing for my family of 6 on our 10 day vacation! It was a quick 5 minute walk to the beach (across the street and down a well maintained and beautiful palm tree and mangrove lined brick paved walkway), and we went back and forth several times each day. The pool at the condo was perfect as well. Neither the pool, beach, or roadways were very busy or congested so we really enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and great weather. The unit was comfortable, had lots of little details and conveniences, and felt like home. We had the best time and would love to return here some day. We used the beach cart, chairs, soft cooler, and body board every day at the beach and it was so convenient to not have to pack all of that stuff with us in our van for our drive down. We cooked and ate most meals in the unit and they had everything you really needed to prepare the food. The fridge and pantry had plenty of extras like condiments, food storage bags, plastic wrap, and other small things that were a nice to not have to buy at the grocery store to only use a small amount. The beds were all comfortable and the in unit washer and dryer were great for towels and so we didn’t have to overpack for the trip. We had a slight issue locking the door on arrival and Lynn, the property manager, took my call and immediately was able to assist me over the phone to resolve the issue. The whole experience was exceptional.

Beautiful, clean condo with everything imaginable! Jen was so great with communication from time of booking and throughout! Lynn, the property manager, was awesome and always available for any questions, anytime! Location couldn’t be better! Brand new beach gear, comfortable bedding and decorated so nice! The owners have thought of everything for your stay! Small quiet beautiful complex! You will not be disappointed! Hoping to rent longer next visit! Thanks so much for a great vacation!!! 5+ stars😄
