This vacation home is a 3-bedroom villa in Marciano, Tuscany which can house up to 5 people. It is perfect for a group or a family with children. The 2-floor villa has an attached private pool, operational from mid of May till September, and a well-manicured garden surrounds the building.

This countryside villa is situated amid vast grasslands and meadows, and you can enjoy naturistic walks in the neighbourhood. It is close to Fiona della Chiana, Monte San Savino, and Cortona which can be visited for a day-trip.

There is also barbeque area available at the villa, along with ample parking space. You can witness the panoramic views of meadows and hills near Tuscany from the garden decked with furniture. The host also provides a children's bed. A maximum of one pet is allowed at the premises.
