In the countryside, near the sea

The house is located in a rural setting nestled amid the peaceful and charming greenery of Mediterranean vegetation, at the foot of the Monte Capanne massif, surrounded by nature. The tranquility of the area makes it the ideal spot for those seeking relaxation and for lovers of country walks. It’s a strategic spot for mountain bikers and hikers—and even more so for those who want to try e-MTBs—as the endless trails surrounding the island offer a captivating natural landscape with less effort. But Elba boasts the most beautiful beaches in Italy all around its coastline—from golden sand to white or black pebbles, and cliffs for those who prefer them. From the house’s location to the nearest town, Marciana Marina, it’s a 1.7 km walk to the best restaurants, a supermarket, bars, bakeries, a pharmacy, banks, sports facilities, and more—and, of course, the sea. There are two fully equipped beach clubs, as well as a public sandy beach along the town’s waterfront. In the evening, a wonderful stroll along the Marciana Marina waterfront is highly recommended.
