It is the ideal base for those who love to experience the sea even by boat and decide to stop at the tourist port of Marciana Marina. A truly special apartment, directly overlooking the port, capable of giving authentic emotions and an indelible memory of your holiday on Elba. You will be 60 meters from the beach of Feniccia and Feniccetta.

Two-room apartment 2/3 beds with panoramic terrace
The apartment is on a single floor, the first. It is very bright, recently renovated on the seafront in the port area. Large and modern kitchen with electric hobs and dishwasher as well as a single bed, bathroom with shower. Modern bedroom with large television.

The real strong point? The terrace overlooking the sea: a space to be enjoyed, where the sky and the sea merge on the horizon. Ideal for breakfasts with a view and to enjoy the sunset over the port in total relaxation.

Useful information about the location:
We are right in the center, on the first floor, without a lift.
The area is limited traffic (ZTL).
Nearby, outside the ZTL, there are both free and paid public parking lots.

Important Notes:
- groups of Young People under 21 years of age are not allowed

- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

The information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected property, key collection normally takes place at the property via a self check-in procedure or in our offices located in Portoferraio where you can collect the rented bed linen and towels, unless you have given adequate notice for delivery to the apartment.
