Disappointing for the cost
The property could be really lovely. The pool is a great size. Comfortable sunloungers on the living room terrace and master bedroom terrace. Large smart tv’s. Comfortable master bed and lovely dressing area. Clean sheets and towels. Elegant entrance hall and large living room. Downstairs on the ground floor could be a great teenage area, although 2 bedrooms don’t have any windows. Bbq worked well. However, we had cockroaches , sewage smells from the utility room that were so bad our teenage boys wouldn’t go in the utility to access their chocolate and beer. The master bedroom en-suite air conditioning smelt of sewage. The master en-suite shower leaked. The floors had t been cleaned into the corner and there were hairs and sticky dirt around the edges of the living room and master bedroom. The rug in the master bedroom had someone else’s long black hairs on. There were stains on the curtains and dead ants left by the cleaners on the kitchen window sill seating area. The cutlery was so dirty we had to use the one dishwasher tablet we were left to clean the cutlery before using. We had building work next door that woke us each week morning at 7.30am and neighbours who seemed to be squatting next door with chained up guard dogs that spent hours woofing. This I appreciate cannot be controlled by the owner. It was just unfortunate. We had a wasp nest next to the jacuzzi, the dart board had no darts, the putting green was unplayable, there was no table tennis table as advertised.
