Casa Adriana is a beautifully renovated modern townhouse, finished to the highest standards and ideally situated in the sought-after Marbellamar community—just steps from the golden sands of Casablanca Beach in the heart of Marbella’s prestigious Golden Mile. Please note: Marbellamar is a tranquil, residential area made up of stylish townhouses in a prime location. Out of respect for our neighbours, Casa Adriana is not suitable for stag or hen groups or guests planning to host loud gatherings. We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours and maintain a peaceful atmosphere, particularly in the communal areas.



Just 100 metres from the beach, Casa Adriana is surrounded by some of the most iconic venues and exclusive real estate in Europe. From the doorstep, guests can enjoy the Paseo Marítimo, Marbella’s famed beachside promenade, which leads east to the historic Old Town—with its traditional tapas bars and local charm—or west towards the renowned Marbella Club and the ultra-chic Puente Romano Resort, home to three Michelin-starred restaurants and an array of stylish bars. Continue further and you'll arrive at Puerto Banús, the famed marina where super-yachts, luxury boutiques, and vibrant nightlife await.



A car is not required during your stay. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and local attractions are all within walking distance. A bus stop is located just at the end of the street, and taxis are readily available and affordable.



For active guests, Marbella offers an abundance of leisure activities including water sports, cable skiing, parasailing, wind and kite surfing, dolphin safaris, boat charters, horse riding, and world-class golf, with dozens of excellent courses nearby. Casa Adriana also offers access to the Marbellamar community swimming pool (seasonal), as well as tennis and paddle courts—perfect for families and active travellers alike.



With more than 30 fantastic restaurants within 500 meters and four supermarkets within a 7-minute walk, guests will be spoiled for choice when it comes to dining and local conveniences.



Casa Adriana comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests (supplement applies for more than 8) and is managed by Finest Rentals, a family-run company known for exceptional service and consistent five-star reviews across multiple booking platforms.



The home is newly refurbished and fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay: modern bathrooms, crisp cotton linens and towels, optional maid service, and comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces.



Guests enjoy access to over 140 UK, Scandinavian, and other international TV channels, including Sky Sports, BT Sports, Sky Movies, and more, as well as fast, unlimited Wi-Fi (up to 100mbps) with access points on every floor.



The property is managed by Finest Rentals, a family-run business with excellent reviews across all holiday rental platforms, ensuring guests receive top-notch service and an unforgettable experience.



For added convenience, guests can arrange cleaning and linen changes during their stay at an additional cost. We also offer maid services and can organise catering within the property.

Easter: April 11 to April 20 – 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (weather permitting)



April 20 to May 1: Pool closed



May 1 to June 15: 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.



June 16 to August 31: 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.



September 1 to October 15: 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.



The pool is closed outside these dates and times.
