It has a combined sitting room and kitchen and a semi separate sleeping room, with the bathroom in the middle. It overlooks a pond with still water in it despite the years of drought, with farmland bordering the forest behind it, forest to the left, some higher situated property visible through the trees to the right and forest left and behind you. 'This Tiny house had all the comforts of home in a peaceful, private location. The house was spotlessly clean and well supplied with essential items. A comfy bed, hot shower, gas cooker and even air con in this off-grid house. The bonus for me was being able to take my dogs along for the getaway - a securely fenced yard ensured they were safe and able to have a run and enjoy themselves too. Thank you for a relaxing, cosy stay at Tiny in the Trees.'

'Cute little studio it contained rails for disability users access to within 1 metre of front door. I researched over 50 properties and so delighted we chose this one.'

'Sadly as a new hotel they are still learning, staff were fabulous, no fault with any of them, the amenities were definitely not to our liking, Glass doors on both shower & toilet was a bit overwhelming for an older couple, there was no privacy, the younger generation might have a bit of fun with it. The rooftop bar, fantastic, but, but there should an area the hotel guests use exclusively, at least till a certain time, as I said it's very new & they will probably improve with time.'

'We get an annual car service in Maroochydore, coming down the night before to be first off the blocks as we have a 2.5 hour drive back afterwards. We have stayed at Nightcap at Northern Grounds previously and again on Monday evening. We found the renovated rooms very comfortable, clean, well stocked with tea and coffee making provisions.
