Perfect spot to visit my son at Waterloo, catch a show at St Jacobs playhouse, and visit market. Very spacious room with very comfortable bed, and ceiling fan. '

'Great stay! Would recommend but note that there are several messages and forms you receive prior to check-in. When we got to the concierge desk to check-in, they asked for our room number, and I had no idea where to find it in amongst all the messages/documents. So, stay here but just know there will be a series of things to do in advance and it would be helpful to make a note of info from those documents to have easily on hand. '
