« Zara Suites is very close to the Port of Civitavecchia (cruise terminals). Therefore, this apartment was perfect for us. A 10 per person local taxi will get you from the apartment to the cruise ship dockside. Online photos of apartment & description of amenities are accurate. The master bedroom balcony was perfect for dining or reading a book. The apartment was clean & had sufficient space to accommodate 4 adults and 9 bags of luggage. « Property is in great condition. Very clean and hosts are very friendly. Check in is directly with the host and you need to prearrange to get the key. Location is close to the beach and port. A lot of really nice restaurants within a 2-5 minute walk. This is better for 2 people because the pull out couch is not really comfortable at all. Great stay with a wonderful and convenient location. »

« While we we highly impressed with the property itself, we we highly disappointed with the communication of the property manager. Upon arrival in Rome at the airport we still hadn't received any communication on checkin. This concerned us to the point of getting a room there and staying instead of going on to the accommodation. « Great place for my family of 5. Good location before my cruise. Host was friendly and helpful. I would stay again. Things to note:There was an elevator (although slow but better than not having one). They did not provide bath toiletries or laundry detergent (but maybe that’s a European thing). No dryer so walked our laundry nearby. Kitchen supplies were minimal, for example, I had to cook eggs with a ladle (no spatula). « Wonderful hosts, they helped us by making a special dinner reservation at Osteria da Peppola (wonderful restaurant, be sure to check it out) as well as helped us to arrange last minute transfer for our family of 7 to the Civitavecchia Cruise port. I’m thankful for their gratuity and for making our trip as stress free as possible for our first time to Italy, not to mention a very clean property!
